IBC is seeking a HR manager who can develop effective relationships with line managers and provide professional HR service to the business.

The essential job responsibilities include:

• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of Human Resources experience in a similar role.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
• C1 (speaking, reading and writing) in English language is required.

Most Critical Proficiencies

• Experience in leading an HR function and leading, engaging and motivating a team of staff.
• Fully conversant with all aspects of the employment law in Syria.
• Skill at communicating with all levels of personnel.
• Skill with PC (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred).
• Experience in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures.
• Practical experience of coordinating recruitment and interviewing processes and assessments at senior level.
• Well-developed skills for influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiating.
• Planning and work organizational skills with ability to meet agreed timelines.
• Experience of managing conflict and sensitive issues and achieving positive outcomes.
• Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise work to deadlines and pay attention to detail.

خبرة سنتين على الاقل بعمل مماثل

خدمة العلم مؤدي او معفى
